How It Works!
- You choose the pottery pieces you would like for your event at the following link www.bisqueimports.com. Please reserve your date with us at least 2 weeks ahead, so that we have time to order your pottery pieces.
- We supply everything needed in our Painting Kits including bisque, glaze, palettes, fine tip writing bottles, paint brushes, sponges, water containers, stencils, instructions, books to inspire you, and more. Please let us know if you may have any guests with special needs so we can accommodate everyone and have adaptive supplies on hand.
- You will pick-up the painting kit/bisque and then return painting kit/bisque after your event. Kits are allowed out for 2 days unless special arrangements are made. Please return kits in the same condition as received, making sure to place pins back into the fine tip bottles to prevent glaze from drying out. Placemats are available upon request, however, not necessary because glaze cleans up very easily. For larger events you may want a staff member to assist. We will set everything up. We do ask for access to water or a sink. As well as a designated area to be used by Fired Up and artists during the allotted time. A Fired Up staff member will instruct the party guests as to how to use the studios tools & materials.
- Once artists finish their masterpiece, we ask everyone to sign the back. We will provide packaging so that each piece is individually wrapped to ensure it's safety during transport. Once pottery is back at our studio we will apply an overglaze that will make your finished product glossy and vivid. Once your pottery has the overglaze, we fire the pottery and have each piece individually wrapped and ready for pick-up. Plan on getting your finished pieces 7-10 days after your event.
*** The glazes we use are non-toxic. Your finished pottery is food-safe, oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe.
